ANALYSIS & SCOPE
The analysis phase is all about setting up the project for our client’s success. Next, we define a scope. It’s important to understand the design challenge.
PROJECT DESIGN
The design phase involves benchmarking, prototyping, and 3D system design. During this phase, we test the best ideas before we eventually approve them
THE PRODUCTION
This stage is all about the quality management, quality of materials and time scales.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Delivery of all plant components in accordance to scope. Our team of highly trained engineers & installers precisely connect all the components together.
COMMISIONING
Final checks, that every single component has been installed in accordance to the earlier produced documentation (mechanical and electrical, positioning).
FINAL TESTING & PROJECT SIGN-OFF
Testing of single plant components (mechanical and electrical). Test runs of the complete pelleting plant. Completion of plant performance certificate.
ISO Certification
ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management
NPT has been approved for ISO 9001 since 2006. We are being recertified every year in September. In 2018 we were certified for ISO 9001:2015, the latest standards in quality.
ISO 14001 - Environmental Management
NPT follows the ISO 14001 norms. Our internal standards cover protection in-house and off-house activities. Our production factory has been equipped with the necessary protection devices, as well as environmental kits in our car fleet.
Experience
NPT was incorporated as a company in 1996 by Boleslaw Nawrocki. His experience goes back to the 70s, when he started his career in pelleting business.
In 2000 we designed our first pellet mill GR2 420. Then we moved up to GR 1000 with 500kW power.
We produce all machines for the full production process including hammer mills, pellet mills, coolers, sifters, dust filters. The production system works under control of automation system with our software, developed since 2004.
